Roof Cleaning
Your roof has debris starting to pile up and it is time to clear it off. You really don’t want to be up there doing the hard work so leave it to the insured pros at Wizards Cleaning. We will clear the debris from the roof using brushes and blowers. No pressure washing done here, which can damage a roof so badly it needs to be replaced. We stick to the manual methods which will preserve the roof that you have. We would also inspect gutters to make sure everything is clean and clear when we are done. We also make sure to blow the area on the ground when we are done to make the whole area the way we found it.
Moss Removal/Treatment
Treat your roof once per year you should be able to prevent moss growth and avoid removal costs.
If you have moss we start by scraping all the moss we can from the roof with different brushes. Once agitated we can blow the debris off the roof and see if there are areas we can touch up. It’s all about the attention to detail. Now we make sure that any debris we added to the gutters is removed so no clogs can happen from our work. Once the roof is clean the very last thing we do is sprinkle a good layer of zinc granules that will eat moss for around 30 days and help prevent growth for up to 12 months.
Gutter Cleaning
We remove debris from gutters and check downspouts for any blockages that we can fix. If it is above the ground, we are able to get to the problem area. We do not clean subterranean drainage pipes. If you are having your gutter faces cleaned we will make sure to scrub and rinse until the areas are clear of debris. We take care to not make a mess with the gutter debris and leave the area as good as it looked when we arrived. If there is an area for the gutter debris on site we can dispose of it there or we will remove it from the site.
